1. General Overview

Catalyst Works LLC provides American Heart Association (AHA)-aligned CPR, BLS, and First Aid training for individuals, groups, and businesses. By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Catalyst Works LLC is a veteran-owned, nurse-led independent training provider that follows AHA guidelines but is not directly affiliated with the AHA.

2. Booking and Payment

Deposit is required to reserve your class date. Payments are processed securely through our website or approved payment platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, or direct invoice.
Group and corporate bookings may require a signed training agreement prior to scheduling.

Prices listed on our website reflect per-person rates unless otherwise stated. Group discounts are available for qualifying bookings of three or more participants.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class time will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled class time are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
No-shows without prior communication will forfeit all payments made.

If Catalyst Works LLC must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor illness, emergency, or severe weather), you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Certification and Attendance Requirements

Certification cards (AHA eCards) are issued only to participants who complete all required training and skills evaluations.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may not be admitted to class, as all AHA course requirements must be met for certification.
Replacement cards may be issued upon request and may include a small administrative fee.

 

5. On-Site and Mobile Training

For on-site classes, the client is responsible for providing adequate space, seating, and power access for training equipment.
Our instructors bring all necessary manikins, AED trainers, and materials.
Parking and facility access should be arranged in advance. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area (Bartow, Cobb, Cherokee, Paulding, and Floyd Counties).

6. Liability and Safety

Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions and conduct themselves responsibly during class. Catalyst Works LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur due to failure to follow instructor directions or misuse of equipment.

All training equipment is sanitized before and after each session in accordance with AHA infection control standards.

7. Privacy Policy

Catalyst Works LLC respects your privacy. Personal information collected during booking or training is used only to process payments, issue certifications, and maintain compliance with AHA documentation requirements.
We do not share or sell your information to any third parties.
