REFUND POLICY

Registration & Payment

All class registrations require full payment at the time of booking to reserve a seat. Because class sizes are limited, registrations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Your payment secures your spot for the selected course, date, and time.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled class to be eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions may be allowed with advance notice.

Rescheduling & Exceptions

If you are unable to attend, you may request to reschedule for a future class one time at no additional charge, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance and space is available. In the event a class is canceled by Catalyst Works CPR Training, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class.
