By registering for a class with Catalyst Works CPR Training, you agree to provide accurate information and to arrive on time, prepared to participate fully in the course. Successful completion of certification requires meeting all American Heart Association (AHA) course requirements, including skills performance and assessment standards. Certification cards are issued only upon successful completion.

Payments, Cancellations & Policies

All payments are due at the time of booking and are subject to our posted Refund and Rescheduling Policy. Failure to attend a scheduled class, late arrival, or inability to complete course requirements may result in forfeiture of fees. Catalyst Works CPR Training reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Liability & Use of Content

Participation in training involves physical activity, including CPR practice. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with hands-on training and agree to release Catalyst Works CPR Training from liability except where prohibited by law. All course materials, website content, and instructional resources are the property of Catalyst Works CPR Training and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
